2025 Hotel Reservations & Directions to Venue
Join us for an insightful panel discussion on how the City of Toronto, in partnership with Toronto Police and the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), effectively leveraged strategic right-of-way management to ensure the safe and seamless execution of the six-night Taylor Swift concert series.
With over 300,000 attendees over the course of the event, the city implemented a comprehensive plan that included a secured
perimeter, designated pedestrian zones, and clearly defined drop-off and pick-up areas for rideshare and parent pickups—
demonstrating how thoughtful coordination across agencies can mitigate congestion and enhance public safety.
This session will also highlight how the lessons learned from this high-profile event are being directly applied to preparations for FIFA 2026, where similar right-of-way strategies will be critical in managing large crowds, urban mobility, and secure site access across multiple venues in Toronto.
