Mr. Wainer is a professional with over 24 years of work experience in project management, locating-designating, and Subsurface Utility Engineering. He is presently employed as The Director of North American Business Development and Trusted Technology Implementation Advisor at 4M Analytics a Israeli based Think Tank. Mr. Wainer is responsible for business development management of the company including financial, marketing and project delivery for 4M in The North American market Mr. Wainer also has experience in the management of large projects with a variety of government and private sector clients throughout Canada ad has taken the lessons learned over the past 20-years+and applied them to leverage the new technological abilities of the 4M AI Mapping system. Notable mention: Ophir is the co-founder of the second Canadian UESI chapter, OPWA ROW Committee Secretary, member of the CSCE and recognized as Member of the Year for ORCGA in 2020.
